Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS or equivalent.
• 5+ years in cloud support engineering, cloud operations, or related roles.
• Experience troubleshooting SaaS cloud solutions and multi-cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of SQL databases and ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across Azure and AWS services.
• Support hybrid, multi-cloud, and on‑premises integrations.
• Lead critical incident response and bridge calls to restore services.
• Diagnose outages and performance issues using logs and monitoring tools.
• Troubleshoot ERP and SAP integrations; ensure stable data flows.
• Conduct RCA and drive long-term improvements; mentor juniors.
