Job summary
Xerox Philippines is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer II to join our Cloud Operations Team in Cebu City. You will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the cloud infrastructure powering Xerox digital services, collaborating with global teams to support cloud operations and automation initiatives.
Responsibilities include monitoring cloud services, deploying automation, developing Python and Shell scripts, supporting CI/CD pipelines, incident response, disaster recovery
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
- 5+ years experience with cloud computing platforms.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices.
- Experience with Python and Shell scripting for automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
- Knowledge of cloud monitoring, incident management, and operational support.
- Ability to work in a global team and on-call support.
Responsibilities
- Monitor cloud services and infrastructure for performance issues.
- Support cloud deployments, automation, and operational processes.
- Develop and maintain Python and Shell scripts for automation.
- Partner with DevOps to support CI/CD and monitoring tools.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and improvements.
- Support disaster recovery readiness and service resiliency.
- Assist with capacity planning and resource optimization.
- Help ensure security and audit standards are met.
