Job summary

Xerox Philippines seeks a Site Reliability Engineer II to strengthen our Cloud Operations Team, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud infrastructure powering digital services.

You will collaborate with global teams across Cebu, India, and the United States to support cloud deployments, automation, monitoring, and CI/CD practices, while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
5+ years of experience supporting cloud computing platforms, cloud infrastructure, or cloud-based services.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices.
Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting for automation and operational support.
Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and related containerization platforms.
Knowledge of cloud monitoring, deployment management, incident management, and operational support practices.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment.
Willingness to participate in on-call support activities as business needs evolve.

Responsibilities

Monitor cloud services and infrastructure to identify performance issues and opportunities for improvement.
Support cloud deployments, automation initiatives, and operational processes that improve service reliability.
Develop and maintain scripts and automation solutions using technologies such as Python and Shell scripting.
Partner with Development Operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and delivery processes.
Participate in incident response activities, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
Support disaster recovery readiness, operational documentation, and service resiliency initiatives.
Assist with capacity planning, resource optimization, and cloud service scalability.
Help ensure cloud environments meet security, audit, and operational standards.
