You will help ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of the cloud infrastructure powering Xerox digital services, collaborating with global teams to support cloud operations and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities include monitoring cloud services, deploying automation, developing Python and Shell scripts, supporting CI/CD pipelines, incident response, disaster recovery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, IS or related field.
• 5+ years experience with cloud computing platforms.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices.
• Experience with Python and Shell scripting for automation.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization.
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring, incident management, and operational support.
• Ability to work in a global team and on-call support.

What You'll Do

• Partner with Development Operations teams to support CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and delivery processes

• Support disaster recovery readiness, operational documentation, and service resiliency initiatives
• Assist with capacity planning, resource optimization, and cloud service scalability
• Help ensure cloud environments meet security, audit, and operational standards

What You Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience supporting cloud computing platforms, cloud infrastructure, or cloud-based services
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and software delivery practices
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Shell scripting for automation and operational support
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, and related containerization platforms
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring, deployment management, incident management, and operational support practices
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative global team environment
• Willingness to participate in on-call support activities as business needs evolve
