Job summary

IQVIA in Manila is seeking a Clinical Supply Support Associate to assist Clinical Supply Operations in the receipt, packaging, labeling, warehouse, distribution and logistics of clinical supplies. The role also covers document management, metrics and cross-time-zone support.

You will liaise with internal stakeholders, utilize CSO systems, and help ensure regulatory and quality standards while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in supply chain, science, CS or business with 2+ years in pharma or supply chain.
• Experience in GMP/GCP environments and non-standard schedules.
• Willingness to collaborate across time zones and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support P/L/D operations, packaging, labeling, warehousing and logistics.
• Ensure quality, regulatory compliance and good customer service.
• Maintain P/L/D documentation and perform trend reporting.
• Liaise with OS Leads, CSO Planners and Label Ops to support operations.
• Use CSO systems to execute order receipts, tracking and reporting.
