Job summary

Exeltis International Philippines Inc. is seeking a CME Education Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of nationwide and international CME activities, including symposiums, conventions, webinars, and product launch-related education.

The role involves building strong relationships with KOLs, ensuring regulatory compliance, securing CPD accreditation, and collaborating with medical societies to track requirements and ROI for future strategy.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in medical education, event coordination, product management, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Preferably with a Pharmaceutical Industry Background. With a strong understanding of the local healthcare environment.
• Solid understanding of medical education principles, industry ethics, and regulatory frameworks (including FDA and PRC requirements).
• Familiarity with CPD accreditation processes and working with medical societies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of nationwide and international CME activities, including symposiums, conventions, webinars, and product launch-related educational events.
• Build and manage strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), address their educational needs, and identify and develop emerging speakers and talent.
• Ensure all programs, materials, and partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements, industry codes of practice, and internal compliance standards.
• Collaborate with medical societies and institutions to secure Continuing Professional Development (CPD) accreditation and track related requirements.
• Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of CME initiatives, including engagement levels and return on investment (ROI), to guide future strategy.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with brand teams, Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), and sales teams to align educational content with organizational goals.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
