Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Senior Clinical Contracts Specialist to oversee contract and budget activities across multiple countries. You will review, amend and negotiate Clinical Trial Agreements, ensure adherence to parameters, and coordinate with Legal, Finance and Clinical Operations to support timely study start-up.

In this role you will act as a primary country point of contact, track budgets, develop site-level budgets, and mentor junior staff while maintaining high-quality service levels and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, law, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in clinical trials contracts and budgets in multiple countries.
• Strong knowledge of legal and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts with tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and amend Clinical Trial Agreements per policy.
• Escalate deviations for guidance.
• Serve as liaison between Sponsor and Novotech.
• Manage workload to meet service levels.
• Collaborate with local study team and Finance.
• Track budgets and site contracts across multiple countries.
• Finalize ancillary agreements and site budgets.
• Support execution of contracts by signatories.
• Provide country-level contract and budget guidance.
• Maintain metrics and reporting.
