Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Legal Contract Manager to independently review, redline, and negotiate sponsor contracts, including MSAs and CDAs. You will manage contracts from intake through execution, coordinating with Finance, Business Development, Operations, and Legal to ensure alignment with scope and budget.

You will lead sponsor calls, draft and revise contract language, and apply internal guidance to protect Worldwide’s commercial interests while supporting business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, contracts management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of CRO contract experience.
• Experience negotiating sponsor-facing contracts.
• Experience with MSAs, CDAs and amendments.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate MSAs and sponsor templates.
• Draft CDAs, amendments, contract notices, and sponsor agreements.
• Apply internal guidance and standard clauses during review.
• Identify risks and escalate high-risk issues.
• Lead sponsor calls to discuss terms and next steps.
• Coordinate with Legal and senior stakeholders.
