Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Project Specialist in Metro Manila to support the Project Manager in delivering studies on time and within budget. The role involves coordinating deliverables, maintaining project plans and study tools, and assisting with regional clinical support activities from startup through closeout.

You will work with clinical teams and PMs to ensure regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and smooth communication across the project team.

Qualifications

• Graduate in a clinical or life sciences related field.
• Ideally 2-3 years' experience within the clinical research industry and previous project support experience.
• CRO experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assist the PMs to manage project deliverables, cost control and risk management activities.
• Ensure set up and ongoing maintenance of operational project plans, timelines and study tracking tools and systems (CTMS, eTMF, Financial Force).
• Lead regional study support coordination with Clinical Support teams.
• Prepare study templates and share with project team (ISF templates, Project Plans, study tools).
• Support PM on project finances (SVT development, vendor invoices review, revenue recognition).
• Liaise with client/alliance partner team members as delegated by PM.
• Maintain CTMS compliance; produce/review metrics, gap/trend analysis, and highlight red flags.
• Prepare project communications and meetings minutes; support vendor management and activation forms.
