Job summary

Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking a Senior Legal Contract Manager to independently review, redline, negotiate, and manage sponsor-facing contracts, including MSAs and CDAs. The role requires applying internal guidelines, identifying risks, and coordinating with Legal, Finance and Operations to drive execution.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in business/legal studies (JD preferred), and at least 5 years of experience in CRO or life sciences contracting, with strong drafting

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and managing commercial contracts.
• At least 3 years of CRO/pharma/life sciences sponsor-facing contracting experience.
• Experience with MSAs, CDAs, amendments, and sponsor templates.
• Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and sponsors to resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Review, redline, and negotiate MSAs, CDAs, amendments and sponsor templates.
• Draft and revise contract language to protect Worldwide’s interests.
• Apply internal guidance, playbooks and standard clauses.
• Identify risks and escalate material issues appropriately.
• Lead sponsor/client calls and explain positions to achieve alignment.
• Maintain accurate contract records in Salesforce and related systems.
