Job summary

TRT is seeking a Client Account Manager to drive service delivery led business development within existing TRT accounts. You will maintain ongoing client communications, propose improvements, and present TRT service delivery to clients.

You will manage upselling opportunities, coordinate the Order to Cash process, ensure timely meeting minutes, and keep CMDB and knowledge bases up to date. Some travel to regional/global client sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in client account management, especially with global clients.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and financial concepts.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Ability to assess client needs and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constant communication with client focal points and TRT executives.
• Propose solutions to recurring issues to TRT executives and clients.
• Conduct regular presentations to clients on TRT service delivery.
• Manage opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients in the Order to Cash process.
• Ensure timely documentation of meetings (MoMs) within 3 working days.
• Update CMDB and knowledge bases as needed.
