Job summary

5 ELK Cebu City is seeking a Client Services Administrator to support the NZ team with precise back‑office tasks, reporting, and excellent client service. You will work closely with financial planners to ensure accurate paperwork and timely communications.

The role rewards numbers literacy, strong communication, and a mindset focused on service. Experience with financial software is a plus, and you will join a collaborative, international team in a modern office with flexible shifts and growth

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience with financial software (Xero, SAP, MYOB, QuickBooks, Xplan).
• Experience as a VA or supporting international clients.
• Understanding of financial services, banking, or accounting.

Responsibilities

• Crunch numbers and prepare reports, letters, and client communications.
• Lodge applications and client documentation on time and error-free.
• Liaise with financial institutions (banks, fund managers, insurers).
• Provide reliable admin support to keep operations running smoothly.
• Generate risk and insurance/investment reports.
• Flex your numbers skills as part of an international team.
