Job summary

Qwrk. is seeking an Implementation Client Services Officer / Financial Planning Assistant in Cebu City, Philippines. The role focuses on supporting Financial Advisers by gathering data, implementing advice, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates have at least two years of experience in advice implementation, strong English communication, and solid MS Office skills. Bachelor's degree required, day shift with benefits. You will work closely with SMSF Paraplanners and client teams.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience performing advice implementation as a Client Service Officer or financial planning assistant.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Client Services Officer/Financial Planning Assistant or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree holder.
• Must understand the recommended strategy.
• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
• Moderate to advanced proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with your assigned client as a professional representative of SMSF Paraplanners.
• Ability to implement advice including loading Macquarie and Netwealth transactions; completing account opening forms.
• Set up client files.
• Collect data accurately for clients via calls, online research, and completing spreadsheets or forms.
• Prepare product comparisons for superannuation, investment and insurance policies.
• Prepare forms, documents, and templates with complete accuracy.
• Prepare client reports and input data; maintain client database.
