BDA in Manila is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join the Manila team supporting global accounts. You'll work directly alongside Account Managers, coordinating merchandise programs across international markets.

This is a coordination and client-support role that can lead to Account Manager roles; you’ll source options, prepare quotes, track orders, liaise with vendors, and analyze data in Excel.

Qualifications

• 2 or more years in a coordination, admin, sales support, or client-facing role
• Strong written and spoken English - you'll be communicating with international clients and vendors daily
• Comfortable working with data and reports, and confident in Excel
• Good at managing multiple priorities without things falling through the cracks
• Proactive about chasing things down and flagging issues early
• Professional and clear communicator, whether by email, Teams, or on a call

Responsibilities

• Support global Account Managers by coordinating branded merchandise programs across multiple international markets
• Source, price, and present merchandise options to clients, working with vendors across different regions
• Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and cost analysis reports
• Process and track orders from initial request through to final delivery, making sure every detail is accurate
• Liaise with vendors on pricing, timelines, and product quality
• Monitor shipments and get ahead of delays before they become problems
• Maintain order records, status reports, and inventory tracking across multiple accounts
• Use Excel to analyse order trends and operational data
• Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, logistics, and creative teams to keep programs on track
• Identify risks early and solve problems before they reach the client
