Qualifications

• 2+ years in coordination, admin, or client-facing roles.
• Strong written and spoken English for international clients.
• Comfortable with data, reports, and Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without things falling through the cracks.
• Proactive about chasing issues early and flagging risks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branded merchandise programs across international markets.
• Source, price, and present merchandise options with regional vendors.
• Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and cost analyses.
• Process and track orders from request to delivery.
• Liaise with vendors on pricing, timelines, and quality.
• Monitor shipments and pre-empt delays.
• Maintain records, status reports, and inventory across accounts.
• Use Excel to analyse order trends and operational data.
• Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, logistics, and creative teams.
• Identify risks early and resolve problems before clients are affected.
