Qualifications

• 2+ years in coordination/admin role
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable working with data and reports; proficient in Excel
• Able to manage multiple priorities without missing details
• Proactive in chasing issues and clear communicator
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate branded merchandise programs across international markets
• Source, price, and present merchandise options to clients with vendors
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and cost analyses
• Process and track orders from request to delivery
• Liaise with vendors on pricing, timelines and quality
• Monitor shipments and flag delays before they occur
• Maintain order records and inventory across accounts
• Use Excel to analyze order trends and data
• Collaborate with sales, finance, logistics, and creative teams
• Identify risks early and solve problems before they reach the client
