Job summary

TP ICAP is seeking a Graduate level team member for the Client Onboarding group to support BAU activities within a fast-paced financial services environment. Training will be provided to learn key skills in the sector.

Responsibilities include handling onboarding for various risk levels, performing KYC/AML checks, and collaborating with Compliance, Operations, and Front Office. Located in Manila, with potential exposure to global teams.

Responsibilities

• Become responsible for the effective delivery of allocated client lifecycle processes, ensuring activities are executed to defined service levels and on a timely basis.
• Complete onboarding cases for low, medium and high risk clients across all TP ICAP businesses, performing KYC/AML and due diligence checks.
• Monitor negative media alerts and escalate to compliance when appropriate.
• Utilise screening tools to complete client screening related to BAU cases.
• Assist with group mailbox management, respond to queries and allocate emails within the team.
• Build relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
• Liaise with Anti Financial Crime in London on AML/KYC escalated cases.
