Job summary

ADP is seeking a Finance Governance – Lead Accountant to support the design and migration of the Global COA. You will analyze data across North America, EMEA and APAC charts and provide insights, mapping current code blocks to new structures, and work with the project team to transform accounting processes.

You will document reporting and accounting requirements, contribute to change management communications, and ensure controls align with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements during the transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance/Management Accounting, or related fields; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience Range: 3 to 5 years in related roles.
• Experience with Oracle / Hyperion and FCCS is preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with Consolidation, FP&A or Financial Close.
• Able to work night shift.

Responsibilities

• Governance of Global Chart of Accounts definitions, hierarchies and values.
• Global FDMEE Location owners for all mapping updates and changes.
• Updates to oracle sub-ledgers, primary ledgers & secondary ledgers, Hyperion Planning, and FCCS.
• Align and execute changes for all GLs globally.
• Support questions for code block from the organization.
• Continue to work on the code block for further alignment opportunities.
• Ensure key controls and SOX compliance during transformation; post-implementation they are functioning.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing and user back-end training for all Finance & Accounting locations.
• Assist in development and execution of change management communications.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
