Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required; CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience.
• Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP and OneStream is strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance; strong communication skills.

Are you an accounting expert seeking to drive financial accuracy and process efficiency in a high-performing global environment? We are looking for an experienced Senior General Ledger

Accountant to manage end-to-end general ledger accounting, ensure robust financial controls, and lead continuous process improvements within our finance organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• General Ledger & Month-End Close: Manage end-to-end general ledger operations, journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Financial Reporting & US GAAP: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in strict compliance with US GAAP standards.
• Governance & Internal Controls: Maintain robust SOX compliance environments, perform account reconciliations, and safeguard audit readiness.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive process standardization, automation, and operational efficiency across accounting workflows using strategic prioritization principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive General Ledger accounting experience, ideally within a Shared Services, manufacturing, or multinational corporate environment.
• Systems Expertise: Experience with enterprise ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and OneStream is strongly preferred.
• Core Competencies: In-depth knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, account reconciliations, and strong written and verbal communication skills
