Job summary

PepsiCo’s Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization seeks a Change Management Senior Analyst to support ongoing transformation initiatives and contribute to Manila-based capabilities. This role applies structured change methodologies to assess, design, and deliver solutions that drive adoption and sustain value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Org Development and Leadership or related field.
• 3–5 years HR/OMD/CM or human capital consulting experience with change management.
• CM experience within a GCC or GBS location.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with cross-geography stakeholders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply established change management methodologies to enable adoption.
• Deliver change plans with the Change Lead for global teams.
• Conduct Stakeholder Assessments, Change Impact Assessments, and CM Plans.
• Design materials to drive awareness and education on initiatives.
• Plan and deliver Change Impact workshops.
• Develop and roll out communication strategies and training materials.
• Support learning interventions on change management.
• Collaborate with SMEs to build CM understanding.
• Drive continuous improvements to the CM process.
• Monitor stakeholder feedback for NPS bi-annually.
