Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company is advancing its digital transformation with a dedicated Manager of Communications & Change Management. You will drive communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational change initiatives to ensure adoption of digital capabilities across the Operating Unit.

You will partner with business leaders, product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services to translate strategy into actionable communications and learning programs that deliver measurable outcomes in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

5–8+ years in communications, change management or related fields.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or digital initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation.
Experience developing communication plans and stakeholder engagement strategies.
Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

Execute communication and change management plans to support digital transformation initiatives.
Develop materials, leadership messaging, presentations, newsletters, and engagement campaigns.
Partner with leaders, Product teams, HR, and Global Digital Services to align activities.
Conduct stakeholder mapping and support engagement plans for alignment and adoption.
Support change impact assessments, readiness activities, and adoption planning across initiatives.
Coordinate training programs, learning materials, and user enablement to improve capabilities.
