Job summary

Astreya is seeking a Cellular Support Technician II to support a complex cellular environment for global staff. You will handle hardware and accessory deployment, inventory activities, and frontline user setup to ensure a seamless user experience.

The role requires 2–4 years of related experience, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced telecom IT setting. You will use ticketing systems to track SLAs and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2–4 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications.
• Ability to work in a large team with minimal supervision.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in Telecom Support and IT inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Support lifecycle activities: asset receiving, boxes, inventory put-aways, and packaging organization.
• Review and process invoices.
• Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices and applications.
• Use ticketing systems to track SLAs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with data management software.
• Assist in large-scale global projects and process improvements.
• Perform installation, repair, maintenance, and testing as directed with quality focus.
• Identify simple hardware issues.
• Other duties as required.
