Job summary

Signant Health is seeking a Solutions Specialist to be the first contact for post-deployment device and shipment inquiries, triaging issues and coordinating with 3PL and telecom vendors. You will provide basic installation support, troubleshoot connectivity, and ensure timely, well-documented resolutions to support clinical trials.

Responsibilities
