Job summary

Astreya PHP, the Philippine branch of Astreya, seeks a Cellular Support Technician II to support a fast-paced cellular environment, provide technical services, manage inventory and deploy hardware to front-line users globally. The role involves handling asset receiving, packaging, and incident resolution with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.

You will work with ticketing systems, inventory software, and collaborate with a large team to meet SLAs, participate in process

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 2 to 4 years' related experience and/or training.
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to work in a large team with minimal supervision.
• Experience in Telecom Support.
• Ability to multitask.
• Customer Service Experience in excellence.
• Knowledge of Inventory and IT.

Responsibilities

• Support asset receiving, packaging, and inventory organization.
• Review and process invoices.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for mobile devices and applications.
• Use ticketing systems to report and track SLAs.
• Maintain inventory accuracy with inventory data management software.
• Contribute to large scale global projects as needed.
• Participate in process improvement.
• Assist in performing physical installation, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and testing activities with attention to quality.
• Diagnose simple hardware issues.
• Other duties as required.
