JT International (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a Category Manager GSC (Temporary) to lead procurement for non-tobacco materials, OTP, spare parts, CAPEX, Logistics and services across NA operations.

You will collaborate with global and regional teams to implement category strategies, optimize supplier base, drive data-driven decisions and deliver value for the business. The role emphasizes SRM with key local/regional suppliers, risk management, and achieving savings targets while ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business or related field (Finance/Business/SC).
• Minimum 5 years in Strategic Sourcing with 3–5 years in category management of direct materials, spare parts, equipment, and general services in a manufacturing setting in North America.
• 3–5 years related business experience with a CPG and/or global organization.
• Business, financial and supplier contract acumen.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of supply chain strategies for GSC and local categories, aligning with global objectives.
• Manage SRM with key local suppliers and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Lead supplier negotiations and ensure best quality, cost, and service parameters.
• Collaborate with Global/Regional teams to build Innovation & Sustainability strategies with suppliers.
• Monitor KPIs, deliver savings targets, and drive continuous improvement.
