Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Manager, Strategic Sourcing in Manila to lead procurement operations and drive category strategies in collaboration with multi-functional teams. The role oversees sourcing events, contract terms, supplier onboarding, and performance metrics across the region.

The successful candidate will manage a team, partner with Finance, Legal, and Compliance, and help implement automation and AI to optimize Spend-to-Contract processes. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree is required.
• MBA or another advanced degree is preferred.
• 6–8 years of Procurement, Finance, or other relevant business experience.
• Experience leading individual contributors and/or supervisors in a matrixed service-delivery environment is preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and influencing skills; able to build collaborative relationships to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of individual contributors and/or supervisors, with performance management and development.
• Oversee day-to-day Procurement Operations and Source-to-Contract services.
• Collaborate across departments to improve profitability and competitive position.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, data privacy, and quality expectations.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives within the area of responsibility.
