Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement with multi-country scope.
• Experience leading complex negotiations and sourcing events with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Set global category strategies and execute plans with regional/global teams.
• Lead end-to-end competitive sourcing events and supplier selection.
• Develop negotiation strategies and protect commercial terms.
• Establish supplier performance frameworks with SLAs and KPIs.
