JPMorganChase seeks a Vice President, Global Category Manager in Global Supplier Services to lead strategic sourcing for non-technology categories, influencing senior stakeholders and running competitive processes to negotiate strong commercial terms that protect value and service.

You will partner with global category leaders to govern a matrixed organization, deliver supplier performance frameworks, and ensure regulatory alignment across APAC and EMEA markets, driving cost efficiency and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing, category management, procurement, or vendor management with multi-country scope.
Demonstrated experience leading complex negotiations and competitive sourcing events with senior stakeholders.
Ability to run RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes with clear governance, evaluation, and decision documentation.
Strong commercial and analytical skills, including cost modeling, benchmarking, contract terms, and value tracking.

Responsabilités

Set global category strategies and execute category plans globally with regional/global teams.
Develop multi-year sourcing roadmaps including renewals, bids, and transformations.
Identify cross-region leverage opportunities while respecting local requirements.
Lead end-to-end competitive sourcing events and governance.
Negotiate pricing, service levels, and commercial protections.
Partner with Legal to support contract drafting and approvals.
Establish supplier performance frameworks with SLAs, KPIs, and scorecards.
Drive issue resolution and continuous performance improvements.
Deliver total cost of ownership analyses and progress reporting.
