Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant digital design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Figma and HTML5 banners and rich media.
• Proficiency in Excel for data-driven creative rollouts.
• Experience creating high-quality animations and motion assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work with Australian stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance output.

Responsibilities

• Design assets for digital campaigns including banners and social content.
• Create engaging email communications from templates.
• Build HTML5 banners and rich media across platforms.
• Manage high-volume asset rollouts with automation tools.
• Develop motion graphics and video assets for channels.
• Uphold brand guidelines for premium brands.
• Collaborate with onshore teams to translate briefs.
• Coordinate multiple projects with deadlines using Monday.com.
