Job summary

Emapta Philippines invites a Retail Marketing Executive to elevate campaigns across major print and digital audiences for Australian markets. You will support planning, execution, and optimization of consumer promotions, while collaborating with Media, Creative, Sales, and partners.

This onsite role in Ortigas offers growth and global exposure. You will leverage Google Workspace, Excel, and data insights to improve campaign performance, manage assets, and maintain budget discipline.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in marketing assistant or support role (consumer brand preferred).
• Ability to create and execute campaigns within budget.
• Understanding of market research, data analysis and statistics.

Responsibilities

• Assist Senior Marketing Manager with planning and execution of large-scale promotions.
• Manage a high volume of creative assets and campaigns with attention to detail.
• Upload multiple advertising campaigns to newspaper platforms daily.
• Use data-driven insights to refine marketing execution and engagement.
• Build strong relationships with Media, Creative, Sales, agencies, clients.
