Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant digital design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Figma and HTML5 banners and rich media.
• Proficiency in Excel for data-driven creative rollouts.
• Experience creating high-quality animations and motion assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work with Australian stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance output.

The Qualifications We Seek

Key Skills & Software

• 3 to 5 years of relevant digital design experience
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro
• Proficiency in Figma and experience creating HTML5 digital banners and rich media
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data-driven creative rollouts and automation workflows
• Proven expertise in creating high-quality animations, motion graphics, and campaign assets
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach to design challenges
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong ability to articulate design decisions, interpret complex briefs, and communicate effectively with Australian-based stakeholders
• Experience using AI tools such as Gemini and ChatGPT to enhance creative output

Your Daily Tasks

Multi-Channel Design

• Design and produce creative assets for advertising campaigns across digital platforms, including website banners and social media content

Email Marketing

• Design visually engaging and functional email communications based on established module templates

Digital & Rich Media

• Build digital design assets, including standard banners and HTML5 rich media, optimized for multiple platforms

Automation & Rollouts

• Manage creative rollouts through agency automation tools to ensure efficient delivery of high-volume assets

Motion Graphics

• Develop animated content, motion graphics, and video assets to drive engagement across digital and social channels

Brand Consistency

• Uphold brand guidelines while developing fresh, creative approaches to content for The Australian, news.com.au, Vogue, and GQ

Collaboration

• Partner with onshore creative teams, account managers, and strategists to translate campaign briefs into effective cross-platform visual solutions

Workflow Management

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining quality across all deliverables
• Use workflow and project management tools such as Monday.com to coordinate projects and track delivery
