• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business integration, project management, program management, or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of risk and control concepts, including control design and control execution activities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate conflict to drive decisions and outcomes.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt quickly in ambiguous or changing environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), including building clear, actionable presentations and status reports.
• Willingness and ability to work a mid-to-night shift schedule aligned to business needs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead integration planning and execution across multiple workstreams, applying risk and control governance concepts during location and operating model working sessions.
• Partner with business, operations, legal, compliance, risk, audit, and technology stakeholders to promote consistent operational risk practices and control programs.
• Assess the existing control environment for newly acquired or newly integrated businesses and identify opportunities to strengthen controls and reduce risk.
• Develop, implement, and maintain control frameworks, governance, and reporting for new and emerging business activities.
• Enhance existing frameworks to improve consistency, sustainability, and readiness for change across business processes.
• Coach and advise controls partners on risk concepts and control evaluation practices, including identifying issues that may drive financial loss, regulatory exposure, or reputational risk.
• Create and deliver executive communications, integration updates, and status reporting for senior leadership audiences.

Job summary
