Wanhua is seeking a Bulk Chemicals Procurement Manager to lead global buying of benzene and aromatics, balancing contract and spot procurement to secure supply, quality, and cost. The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a related field and strong English communication, analytical, and negotiation skills to navigate international markets and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven global procurement experience in bulk chemicals or petrochemicals preferred.
• Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement annual/long-term procurement strategies for benzene and aromatics.
• Lead negotiation and management of long-term contracts and spot purchases.
• Manage supplier relationships and diversify the supplier base.
• Oversee trade documentation and PO execution to ensure compliance.
• Monitor costs, risks, and supply continuity across the network.
