Job summary

Chemico Group is seeking an experienced procurement and logistics professional to manage the purchase order lifecycle, resolve supplier issues, and ensure cross-functional alignment across finance, operations, sales, and quality assurance. The role covers domestic and overseas procurement and requires strong MS Office proficiency and a solid understanding of procurement best practices.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and distribution processes
• Familiarity with sourcing and procurement tools and technologies
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Strong understanding of financial principles and budget management
• Excellent organizational, problem solving abilities, and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase order process, ensuring accurate and timely PO creation, issuance, and tracking
• Resolve supplier related issues including disputes, quality concerns, delivery delays, and payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, sales, QA) for alignment throughout procurement
• Oversee shipping, receiving, and distribution operations
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers for timely delivery
• Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, customer service, and cost savings
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Monitor inventory levels and adjust ordering/storage
• Track order fulfillment and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate with outsource accounting company
• Employee recruitment, including interviews and hiring
• Collect documents to send to third party and head quarters
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment
