Job summary

Redstone Commodity Search is seeking a Global Breakbulk Freight and Logistics Manager to join the commercial team in Singapore. You will develop and execute a global freight strategy for raw materials and traded products, manage spend, negotiate with carriers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role reports to the Global Head of Trading and requires leadership of the logistics team with international travel.

Qualifications

• Develop and execute a global freight and logistics strategy for raw materials and traded products.
• Manage transportation spend and strategic supplier relationships and negotiate with carriers and ensure compliance with shipping regulations.
• Oversee freight management processes, shipping documentation, Conduct pricing reviews, benchmark rates, and drive cost reduction initiatives.
• Lead and coach the logistics team and meet suppliers, including overseas travel, provide weekly freight reports and coordinate with internal divisions for problem-solving.
• Reports into Global Head of Trading.
