Job summary

deployedstaff is seeking a careful bookkeeper to manage day-to-day finance tasks for UK and NL entities from its Ortigas hub in Pasig. The role involves regular bank reconciliations in Xero, accurate posting of invoices, and maintaining up-to-date customer records.

The ideal candidate will have strong Excel skills, VAT knowledge in UK/EU contexts, and experience handling dual entities. This hybrid position offers flexible hours and cross-border accounting exposure within a fast-moving wholesale

Qualifications

Experience with bank and payment reconciliations.
Basic knowledge of VAT rules and VAT invoice requirements (UK/EU context).
Strong attention to detail and organization for dual entities (UK & NL).

Responsibilities

Perform bank reconciliations for UK and NL entities in Xero.
Post purchase invoices with correct account coding and tax treatment.
Input and process sales invoices while maintaining customer records.
Reconcile customer and supplier payments against invoices.
Verify VAT treatment per UK/Netherlands guidelines.
Investigate discrepancies in invoices, payments, and bank transactions.
Provide general bookkeeping and admin finance support as directed by the Finance Director.
