Job summary

NIRAS in Pasig, Philippines, is seeking a BIM Specialist to join the design phase of major infrastructure projects with international teams. You will develop BIM models and drawings, ensuring compliance with standards, and collaborate with engineers and architects across borders.

The role emphasizes proactive contribution, QA/QC on BIM models, and mentoring junior modelers while handling small to large projects under BIM leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, civil engineering, or construction field.
• Minimum 5 years' BIM design experience and BIM data management.
• Proficient in Revit Structures and AutoCAD.
• Experience with common data environments (CC, ProjectWise, SharePoint).
• Knowledge of concrete and steel design and detailing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design phase of infrastructure projects.
• Manage the digital design process across BIM workflows.
• Develop BIM models and drawings compliant with standards.
• Collaborate with international designers and teams.
• Lead QA/QC for BIM modelers.
• Provide onboarding and guidance for BIM modelers.
