Job summary

SYSTRA, a leading engineering and consultancy group, seeks a Revit Team Lead in the Philippines to manage BIM modelers, standardize workflows and drive quality across infrastructure projects. You will bridge design and production, supervising clash detection and template creation to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Requirements include six+ years in BIM on infrastructure/buildings, fluency in English, and strong Revit expertise.

Qualifications

Six+ years of BIM modelling experience on infrastructure or building projects.
Experience with federated models and clash detection workflows.
Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Lead a team that provides training and support for users of software needed, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to use the software effectively.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to a team of drafters using the software, including trouble shooting and problem solving.
Oversee projects that involve the use of software, coordinating tasks, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding projects and provide updates on progress.
Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure models/drawings meet standards and guidelines.
Identify training needs within the team and develop training programs to enhance skills.
Apply Lessons Learned and follow standards, drawing processes and production guidelines.
Contribute to achieving Annual Plan by meeting/exceeding project targets.
Perform duties as required.
