Job summary

Agents Only is seeking a Global Billing & Payments Admin to oversee invoice generation, payment tracking, and payout coordination across regions.

You will help build standardized processes for global money movement while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and compliance across regions. This role involves collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Platform teams to resolve billing issues and improve workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in billing, invoicing, payments, or finance operations.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Comfortable managing multiple currencies and global payments.
• Proficient in spreadsheets and tracking tools.
• Ability to work in an agile, fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• Experience working with remote or global teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and generate invoices for clients, partners, and internal billing needs
• Track global payments and payouts for accuracy and timeliness
• Formalize and document end-to-end billing and money transfer processes
• Maintain clear records of invoices, payments, and reconciliations
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and Platform teams to resolve billing issues
• Monitor payment statuses and follow up on pending transfers
• Ensure billing data is accurate, traceable, and audit-ready
• Support teams with billing and payment inquiries
• Help automate billing workflows where possible
