Cielo is seeking a Global Benefits Specialist to design, implement, and administer US employee benefits with a global perspective. This remote role supports 1000+ employees and collaborates with the Global Benefits Manager and vendors to ensure compliant, competitive offerings.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in benefits, Dayforce experience, and a strong grasp of US compliance standards. Remote work is available for qualified applicants worldwide.

Formación

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience.
• Global or regional benefits experience preferred.
• Experience with Dayforce HRIS is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of US benefits compliance (ACA, COBRA, Form 5500, 401(k)).

Responsabilidades

• Assist in designing and implementing global benefits programs with detailed analysis.
• Collaborate with Global Benefits Manager to adapt programs regionally.
• Analyze enrollment, utilization, and employee feedback to drive improvements.
• Prepare reports on trends and program effectiveness.
• Serve as a point of contact to external vendors and manage renewals.
• Provide direct employee support on benefits options and inquiries.
