Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. is seeking an International Benefits Analyst to support multinational employee benefits consulting projects. You will research country-specific practices, analyze data, and prepare client deliverables across health, retirement, and leave policies.

Work with global teams and stakeholders to ensure compliant, competitive benefits strategies. Ideal candidates have strong analytical skills and experience in international benefits within a consulting environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field. Degrees in Business, Accounting, Finance, International Studies, Human Resources, or related disciplines are preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an analytical role and/or international employee benefits.
• Strong research, analytical, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to organize data and prepare reports and presentations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Professional handling of confidential information and client data.
• Knowledge of database systems and their functionalities is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Research international benefits, including medical, retirement, and leave policies.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze benefits data to identify trends and support recommendations.
• Prepare client deliverables like benefits inventories, renewal reports, and benchmarking analyses.
• Support design and review of local benefits programs for compliance and market alignment.
• Research country-specific benefits regulations and industry developments to inform recommendations.
• Coordinate with client service teams, HR, Finance, partners, brokers, carriers, and payroll providers.
• Respond to inquiries with research and coordination.
• Assist in managing multiple client projects, including meetings and reporting deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members to develop practical solutions and insights.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve research processes and reporting practices.
