Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a field automotive mechanic to perform full-scale repair and overhaul on vehicles powered by internal combustion engines, in the Philippines, Subic area.

Responsibilities include diagnosing faults, testing components with diagnostic devices, and performing maintenance per military specs. The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or equivalent, an automotive apprenticeship, and at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship preferred.
• Two years’ automotive maintenance experience.
• Must have country of origin driver license and ability to obtain US Government License.

Responsibilities

• Perform full range of repair and maintenance on vehicles and equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and verify with diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety and PPE protocols in shop and outdoors.
• Test drive and adjust systems to meet military specs.
