V2X, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor based in the Philippines to oversee field-level overhaul work on vehicles powered by internal combustion engines.

You will manage deadlines, workflows, and safety compliance while coordinating with maintenance staff to meet military performance specifications. This role requires leadership experience, five years as an automotive maintenance mechanic, and knowledge of GCSS-A is highly desired.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship preferred.
• Three years in a leadership role.
• At least five years as automotive maintenance mechanic.
• US citizenship required; CAC eligibility.
• Philippines driver’s license required; CAC possible.
• GCSS-A knowledge desirable; G-Trak training within 30 days of CAC.

Responsabilités

• Perform field-level overhaul on vehicles powered by internal combustion engines.
• Troubleshoot, isolate, and identify faults in equipment systems.
• Test drive vehicles and inspect components with diagnostic tools.
• Provide leadership and supervision to automotive mechanics.
• Ensure safety compliance and PPE adherence per regulations.
• Follow repair procedures and safety guidelines.
