Job summary

V2X, Inc. seeks an Automotive Mechanic in the Philippines (Subic) to perform field-level overhaul work on vehicles powered by internal combustion engines. You will troubleshoot faults, test systems, and conduct routine maintenance per military specs.

Experience with diagnostic tools and PPE use is essential. Role requires a High School Diploma, apprenticeship in auto repair, and valid licenses with the ability to obtain US MV Operator’s and PH Heavy Driver’s licenses.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; apprenticeship preferred.
Apprenticeship in Light/Heavy Automobile Repair or similar preferred.
Must have country of origin driver license and ability to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

Perform full-range repair and modification work on vehicles and heavy/light equipment.
Examine vehicles to determine damage or malfunctions and troubleshoot faults.
Test drive vehicles and components using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Disassemble, inspect wear parts, and verify repairs against specifications.
Follow procedures and checklists; ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.
