Job summary

TerraBarn Inc in Cebu City seeks an experienced Audit Manager to lead our audit operations for a global logistics and supply chain organization. You will manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts, Auditors, and Audit Supervisors to ensure audit excellence.

In this role you will ensure audits meet SLAs and KPIs, build strong client and internal relationships, and drive quality controls. You will coach teams, oversee workloads, and spearhead automation and continuous improvement initiatives onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership or people management experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Freight Operations, BPO, or related industries
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience handling KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Experience with ERP, MRP, or logistics systems is an advantage.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and lead high-performing teams.
• Willing to work onsite in Cebu and on an afternoon or graveyard shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Logistics Data Analysts, Auditors, and Audit Supervisors.
• Ensure audit operations consistently meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
• Provide audit decisions and recommendations while ensuring quality controls are maintained.
• Monitor workloads, manage team backlogs, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Identify operational risks and implement appropriate mitigation plans.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive high performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Promote automation and process optimization across audit operations.
