Qualifications

• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit Senior Manager to lead global audit teams supporting clients across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The role focuses on operational excellence, performance management, process improvement, data-driven decision-making, and client/carrier engagement.

The successful candidate will drive initiatives that improve efficiency, standardize processes, reduce operational gaps, and strengthen the overall quality of audit operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Audit Supervisors and/or Managers handling client accounts across global markets.

• Ensure effective execution of the company's audit processes and timely resolution of audit exceptions.

• Set priorities for team clusters, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

• Conduct weekly planning sessions and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance against established KPIs.

• Drive achievement of customer metrics and service-level agreements.

• Serve as a secondary escalation point for clients and carriers, addressing requests and concerns promptly.

• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Identify data and process gaps and implement solutions to standardize and optimize operations.

• Identify opportunities for process streamlining and automation to support scalable audit operations.

• Lead initiatives to simplify or automate manual reports, processes, and tasks.

• Mentor global audit teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Serve as an escalation point for recurring rate card, rating, and rules-related production issues.

• Facilitate training sessions on performance management, processes, and available tools.

• Oversee Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) documentation and ensure timely implementation of action plans.

• Lead the creation and regular updating of SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.

• Participate in audit reviews and team meetings to evaluate performance and identify improvement opportunities.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching, mentorship, and direction to direct reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned based on business requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of managerial experience in a technology, logistics, or BPO company, with a focus on process improvement and operational excellence.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt or a related process improvement certification is preferred.

• Proven experience in team leadership, people management, and mentoring.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients, carriers, and internal teams.

• Proven experience leading projects and successfully implementing process improvement initiatives.

• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies, tools, software, and systems.

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to understand and address client needs.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
