Qualifications

• CPA certification with 5+ years of experience in assurance/audit.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS or UK GAAP.
• Proven project management, leadership, coaching and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams of Assistant Managers, Seniors, and Associates.
• Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Manage resource allocation, engagement finances, workflow, and risk.
• Build strong relationships with engagement teams and stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members through performance reviews and training.
• Identify opportunities to standardize processes and improve service delivery.
• Support transitions of new engagements while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Promote continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the team.
