Review work performed by team members and maintain compliance with quality and risk management requirements.
Coordinate with global engagement teams on workflow, resource allocation, and delivery expectations.
Monitor team utilization, engagement budgets, and operational performance.
Identify opportunities to standardize review processes and improve service delivery.
Coach, supervise, and support the professional development of junior team members.
Build effective relationships with stakeholders and global assurance teams.
