WE ARE HIRING | GDS Assurance – Core Senior

We are seeking a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with external audit experience to join our Assurance team as a Core Senior.

This opportunity offers exposure to domestic and multinational clients, international accounting and auditing standards, and collaboration with global engagement teams.

• Lead assigned assurance engagements and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
• Review work performed by team members and maintain compliance with quality and risk management requirements.
• Coordinate with global engagement teams on workflow, resource allocation, and delivery expectations.
• Monitor team utilization, engagement budgets, and operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to standardize review processes and improve service delivery.
• Coach, supervise, and support the professional development of junior team members.
• Build effective relationships with stakeholders and global assurance teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate of BS Accountancy.
• Qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
• Minimum 2.5 years of Accounting and Audit experience, with external audit experience mandatory.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of PFRS/IFRS, Philippine Standards on Auditing (PSA), and taxation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS, UK GAAP, US GAAP, and international review standards.
• Strong interpersonal, risk management, coaching, and supervisory skills.
• Ability to collaborate effective with global teams.
