Job summary

Outsourced is seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer for a hybrid role in Eastwood. The position is night shift, full-time, with occasional office attendance for meetings and events. You will support AR for US, UK, and Canada, handle daily cash postings, and generate AR reports.

Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and experience with Xero/NetSuite are preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years AR experience, a Bachelors in accounting, and be willing to work at night in a hybrid Eastwood

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance.
• 3–5 years AR experience, international clients preferred.
• Experience with US/UK/Canada clients is highly preferred.
• Experience with Xero and/or NetSuite or other ERP is an advantage.
• Night shift availability and hybrid work in Eastwood required.
• Payroll experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support AR function for clients across US, UK, and Canada.
• Record and reconcile daily cash collections.
• Prepare AR reports: aging, sales journal, bank reconciliation.
• Follow up on past-due accounts via email/phone.
• Process invoices, deposits, and AR-related billings.
• Investigate AR issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
